Jake is always friendly and a good communicator and went out of his way to provide a detailed quote right down to the last part, and everything was used. Had these guys come out today to help with an urgent drain blockage in the main manhole . after i had already paid another company yesterday and was completely scammed . So these guys reassured me and showed me everything that was wrong with my underground piping . They was very friendly , helpful, reliable, efficient and knew exactly what they was doing really put my mind at ease . Would definitely recommend these guys as i wont use no one else anymore . Came out on bank holiday, unblocked our drains, checked them thoroughly, proper sound lads, super helpful, would recommend to anyone, and would use again. We paid Dynorod over double what budget drains charged and budget drains did a way better job!

Absolutely fantastic service We have recurring problem with drains blocking. Other companies attend and clear the blockage without identifying the underlying problem Budget Drains went above and beyond and surveyed the drain with a camera ,provided the footage, and explained why the drains will continue to backup. They have also given guidance on how to discuss the issues with the water company to achieve a fix! Also their cost very reasonable Very happy customer who is happy to recommend you use them

Just had budget drains round to unblock my kitchen sink drain, contacted them last night, they contacted me this morning and within an hour they were here! Definitely a 5 star service! After looking at their great reviews, I decided to call Jake and his colleague to help with an emergency on a blocked toilet (only one in the house), they were here within an hour of first calling them. They fully inspected the issue and we actually found out that there were roots growing through cracks in the waste line which was causing the blockage. They swiftly excavated the problem area and was able to fix the broken waste line under the concrete. As it was a Friday, they made sure we had a working toilet through the weekend and came back on Monday to finish the work and covered the excavated area with concrete. They were courteous, experienced and honest, definitely saved us a great deal of headache. I would not hesitate to call them again if we face another problem with our plumbing, I highly recommend them! Thanks so much!

Really happy with the service provided. They came the next day after we contacted them about our drainage issue, with the price given in advance. Blockage fully resolved that afternoon, including checking the neighbouring sides to make sure there's nothing there and the issue won't recur for us (or our neighbours). All within the agreed price. Just had Jake round to sort my drain problem, I got scammed by someone pretending to be budget drains. They were absolutely brilliant keep me informed as to what they were doing, cleaned up after didn’t know they had been here. Extremely good price and restored my faith in tradesmen. If you find a good one keep hold of them and tell all your friends, they deserved to be recognised.

We had an awful smell in the kitchen and had no Idea where it was coming from. I even cleaned the washing machine filters and gave the outside drains a poke. The smell just wouldnt go away so II openened the main manhole cover, omg that was it. It was fully blocked to the top with everything you could thiink of. I rang these guys up and they came out as soon as they could on Monday morning, timing 0900 spot on as they said. Jake and Lyndon soon sorted it out, thankyou guys. Great service, very pleasant, I would recommend them for your draiinage problems. ROb

After reading the reviews I decided to ring Budget Drains to help with our blocked drain. The person in the office was really helpful and gave me a fixed price for the job. Jake turned up exactly on time and was fantastic, polite and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done thoroughly. All of the necessary equipment was used including camera. He managed to retrieve some rods that had separated down the drain.We have a shared drain with our neighbour and the problem was accessed via the manhole in their garden. We were given a video showing a possible cause which we can take to the waterboard as they are responsible for shared drains. A huge thanks to Jake who was with us for 2.5 hours but was in no rush to leave without making sure everything was running clear. Great company with great staff...would absolutely recommend and would use again.

We phoned Budget Drains as we were advised to get a drain inspection on a house we are buying. We read the outstanding reviews clients had left I knew we'd be in safe hands... And we were. Called Budget Drains out last night, for a blocked drain. Very polite and friendly man answered the phone. They came nice and early the next day to unblock it. Jake and his Co worker got everything moving again with no fuss. Pricing was very reasonable and not extortionate like other companies. A brilliant job was done. Now you hear of horror stories around service and price. NOT FROM THIS COMPANY. Absolutely out standing service, comunication price and helpfulness, These guys came out same day, unblocked our shared sewage system of 5 homes, cleaned and disinfected £130 one off fee. Seven Trent couldn't get for 4 days. We had sewage on our drive, the house stunk, along with 5 homes unable to use and water or toilets. Highly recommend Budget Drains based on our experience. Great service!!... I had a bad block due to baby wipes being disposed down the toilets. The lads spent several hours ensuring the block was clear. 10/10 service !

Jake and his colleague were brilliant- they were able to carry out the work within a couple of days of contact and provided a fixed price quote over the phone (whether the job would take half an hour or 3 hours). Another company quoted me by the hour (and were more expensive) so I liked Budget Drains commitment on price with no hidden extras. They resolved the issue without any problems and I found them both to be very helpful and professional. They explained why there was an issue so we can now ensure it won’t happen again. Budget Drainage basically they are, what they say they are! After 2.5 hours plus of unblocking, flushing of the drains down the street, camera check and cleaning up - £120. Used these guys because of the good reviews. Contacted about a blocked drain flooding my patio. They attended same day at 6:30pm as agreed. The 2 lads were polite and clearly pros at what they do, they jetted and cleaned the drains, pulled out rubble and a hosepipe which was random. Also identified a collapsed section of drain which I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. Would definitely use again.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would! Absolutely amazing service today. Came out the same day within a couple of hours to what ended up being 5 blocked drains across a row of terraces (not a nice a job to sort!). Worked so hard in 30 degree heat to identify the main blockage and ensured all drains were cleared and running properly. Communicated with all affected to keep us up to date and cleared up every property at the end (including my car, which got splattered in the midst of all the chaos!). I cannot recommend these lovely guys enough - they saved the day, especially given the forecasted thunderstorms. And the price was great too (I'm certain it would have cost a fortune if we'd gone elsewhere). Thanks a million! You guys are amazing. Will definitely use again for regular drain cleaning to ensure the problem doesn't happen again!

The guys came round to sort out a blocked drain that I had. They unblocked it within minutes but then took their time to clean out and disinfect all of the drains that had been blocked. They then proved the system to see if there were any hidden problems that had caused the blockage in the first place in order to stop it happening again. This was late in the evening and I would have expected most people to just turn up and unblock the main drain and then leave but they were very professional and cared about the job in hand. I would definitely use them again.

Big thank you to Nottingham budget drainage - drains blocked over bank holidays with family turning up - tried the big drainage companies who wanted a small fortune just to turn up - a friend put me in contact with these guys who showed up quickly (on bank holiday Monday) and charged a third of what the big companies wanted - excellent, I can’t thank you enough 5Star service at a great price.
